I've always had a love for creative writing and after this course, I learned more than I ever thought I could. I've improved and I'm happy to see my improvements from my first piece of writing to my last. Dialogue is one of my favourite pieces to write and through this course I have been able to improve, allowing me to be able to write my favourite thing ever without bad punctuation. In my first ever post on this blog, I expressed that I wanted to gain confidence in my writing and I am happy to say I have done just that. I've been able to show my parents and my friends my pieces of writing and be proud of what I have accomplished. Writing has always been an escape for me and this class has allowed me to write nothing but my best, and critique even my favourite lines.

I've enjoyed this course and many things you have done to improve it since last year. I think you should start reading more pieces of work to the class. You've showed us before a couple articles from the news that you would think would be interesting to us, but I would love to experience that more. I love seeing other famous people's work and being able to enjoy something simple but intriguing. I feel you should continue the journal, but do a warm-up with it everyday. You told us at the beginning of the course that to be a good writer and to improve, you should write everyday. The journal allows us students to be able to improve in our writing in small exercises. I really enjoyed the scenarios and I love when someone gives me a topic to write about when it comes to creative writing. You should stop asking people to read their pieces of writing in front of the whole class. I feel you should ask them in private first and then read them for them or ask if they do feel comfortable.

I'm really happy I decided to take this course and I wouldn't change my decision even now. Thank you for a great experience. I know I'll never forget this course.
